Role Overview

We are looking for a Website Solutions & Development Specialist who can support Suitable Focus with website creation, development, maintenance, and client solutions.

This is initially a flexible contract-based role, working on client projects as they come through, with the potential to grow into a more permanent position as the website division expands.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Suitable Focus team to deliver high quality website solutions for SMEs, entrepreneurs, organisations and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Delivery

– Design and develop responsive websites across various platforms/CMS systems
– Build, update and maintain client websites
– Support website improvements, optimisation and troubleshooting
– Ensure websites are functional, user-friendly and aligned with client objectives
– Assist with website integrations, updates and technical improvements

Client Solutions & Account Support

– Understand client requirements and translate them into practical website solutions
– Participate in client discussions where required
– Provide recommendations around website improvements and opportunities
– Support website project timelines and delivery
– Maintain strong communication around progress, challenges and deadlines

Website Growth Opportunities

– Identify opportunities for additional website services
-Support website maintenance and ongoing client relationships
-Assist with upselling opportunities such as:
– Website updates
– Website care plans
– SEO improvements
– Digital improvements
– Additional development requirements

Business Development (Website Specific Service Offerings)

For the right individual, there is an opportunity to contribute towards growing the website
division through:
• Identifying potential website opportunities
• Referring new business opportunities
• Supporting client conversations
• Growing recurring website maintenance revenue

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:
– Has experience building websites professionally
– Understands both technical development and client objectives
– Has experience with platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, React, or
similar
– Understands website performance, SEO and user experience
– Is comfortable communicating with clients
– Is organised and able to manage multiple projects
– Has a growth mindset and wants to contribute beyond just development work

Role Structure

This position will initially operate on a contract/project basis.
Compensation will be structured around:
– Website development projects completed
– Website maintenance support
– Additional account/client responsibilities
– Business development opportunities brought in
As the Suitable Focus website division grows, there is potential to transition into a more
permanent role with a structured package and performance incentives.
