Do I need to be based in Cape Town?
Generally for our internal roles YES, however our external (contract/per-project roles) we are open to anywhere in South Africa or Africa.
Do you have a have space or co-working space or is it completely remote?
Yes we have co-working space Nationally (South Africa) through our existing partnership with Workshop17, we currently allow a fully remote approach, unless we have team meetings (where we make use of the Workshop17 spaces). However we will be transitioning to a more hybrid approach (1 or 2 days in ‘office’ per week) as the team expands
How do project-based roles work?
As we receive client briefs that need to be complete or internal briefs that need completing, we will send it through via chosen communication channel(s) to the relevant contractor signed to Suitable Focus.
Can staff and/or contractors to Suitable Focus, also benefit from the Refer & Earn programme?
Absolutely yes, and you might even receive a higher percentage for your successful referrals too.
